  Spent over an hour showing Fiona through our home in May 2022 and explaining in detail the work we were interested in getting done including improving storage space, adding in joinery, updating flooring and windows, etc. Nothing was noted down during her visit nor were any photos taken, and we never heard from her again despite multiple follow-ups. Very disappointing service and a total waste of our time - such a shame and a real contrast to the rest of the reviews here.

  In July this year we bought a house which needed many renovations finished before moving in, including 2 bathrooms, a laundry and a toilet. We had a short settlement period and needed a miracle-worker to make it all happen in time. Thankfully Fiona from The Renovation Hub was brave enough to take on our challenge, and we couldn't have asked for a better project manager to come on our journey with us.
  Fiona helped us to conceptualise and design the rooms to perfectly fit in the spaces, understanding what we wanted and offering us great options for fittings and finishes which worked within our budget and style. She managed the whole project and coordinated all of the tradespeople for us, whilst providing us with regular updates along the way. She worked tirelessly despite all of the challenges that the lockdowns threw her way, to ensure that our house was ready in time for us to move in, nothing short of a miracle! Any challenges that were encountered along the way were so calmly and confidently tackled by Fiona, which took away so much of the stress of renovating, for which we are so thankful.
  All of the tradespeople used by The Renovation Hub were so professional, and Fiona even gave great recommendations for trades we needed to tackle other jobs around the house.
  We can't thank Fiona and The Renovation Hub enough for helping us to achieve what felt like a rather impossible task at the beginning. We would highly recommend Fiona to anyone considering tackling renovations, and will certainly use The Renovation Hub again if we upgrade other rooms in the future.

  We decided to renovate our house to start preparing to retire, we had no idea who to use so we researched, reached out to local builders, went through the quote process and that is when we first meet Damien and Ross from The Renovation Hub. Selecting a builder is a big decision, you need someone who will work with you, understands that is about your home, listens to what you want and that you have a budget that needs to be adhered to. Selecting The Renovation Hub turned out to be the best decision, they did all of the above and more. We highly recommend them if you are renovating your home.
  
  From the moment they walked through the door they were respectful, helpful, flexible and made it easy, We have done a lot of renovating and it is very rare to be able to say, “that was easy” a stress free reno! The amount of care for our home, lifestyle, and craftsmanship was evident throughout the project. They ensured everything was perfect, they provided continual updates, sent pictures as things were finished, the ongoing communication was outstanding.
  
  We replaced the floor tiles, floorboards, renovated the bathroom, laundry, added a pantry and installed new appliances, plus lots of other smaller jobs.
  
  Prior to engaging The Renovation Hub we had been going from store to store getting quotes on tiles, appliances, floorboards, carpet etc. It was confusing and enormously time consuming. An added bonus is that The Renovation Hub works in partnership with Leopard & Lamp Interiors. Fiona came around with samples of everything, we sat down at the kitchen table, picked tiles, floorboards, carpet, stone bench tops, bathroom fittings, and you could see how everything would work together. The Renovation Hub then arranged to purchase everything at significantly better prices than our original quotes!
  
  A big thank you to Damien for you persistent pursuit of perfection, thank you Ross for your craftsmanship and capacity to pick the best tradies for the team, thanks to all the wonderful tradies, everyone who walked through our door were just lovely and so respectful, thank you to Fiona for your amazing sense of style. Lastly thank you all for our beautiful home.

  Fiona and the team have been great. Our bathroom/laundry reno has been divided up so that we don't feel financially stretched. The 1st stage, which is the whole bathroom plus laundry floor, is now complete and it looks and feels amazing, and is far more user friendly than our original 1970's bathroom. We couldn't really visualise what we wanted it to look like but had done some research and knew we wanted a vanity with some wood and an in-wall cabinet. The bath just had to fit in the space provided. I'm really pleased with the bath Fiona suggested. It's been a stress free reno as trades had access via the laundry and they always tidied up afterwards. Thank you Fiona and the team. From Jo in Montmorency.

  We engaged The Renovation Hub for a complex residential extension that involved excavating a lower level.
  
  Throughout the whole process the whole team were a pleasure to deal with. Communication was always high and regular, problem solving well thought out and the end product and design element first class. We could not have been happier with the outcome and we love out new space (laundry, bathroom, living room, home office and gym).
  
  We have since engaged the team for a major commercial fit-out for our health service business and the experience has been nothing but positive again.
  
  Have recommended The Renovation Hub on multiple occasions to anybody looking to extend/build.
  
  It's a pleasure to work with and witness people who are so professional and take so much pride and care in their work.
