I was pointing out all the places she missed and then took the tweasers off her to finish the job myself. I will not go back there for a wax.

Not good enough, especially when booked 3 days in advance! No apology either! Will NEVER return! And will NOT recommend to my friends who all live in this area! Bad form!!!!! They treat walk ups better...not fair business model.
