From the moment I stepped in the door, I felt welcomed and a rapport with Jeanette. Generous with information and knowledge, Jeanette provided clear and precise instructions, which I found to be invaluable. With one on one supervision, I received extremely helpful suggestions, regarding my technique and handling of tools. I received valuable advice about the use of different torches, flux and set up of work stations, etc, which gave me information about brands of products which I don’t currently use.

It was so very well worth the time and money to travel to Eltham Vic. Jeanette was a wonderful, helpful and patient teacher (as I was a complete beginner). Every minute of my time was filled Jeanette's teachings - no time was wasted and I came away with a head full of knowledge. Gorgeous studio set on beautiful grounds only added to the experience. Absolutely wonderful, I loved every minute, it was completely worthwhile and I would recommend it to anyone.
